Can’t Miss Movies

Need something to watch this July? Here are a few of the can’t miss movies to add to your list.

Think movies theaters are getting too expensive to actually go watch them on the big screen. AMC is now doing 50% iff tickets on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for AMC Stubs Members (which is free to join.) Not only are they offering discounts on tickets but also on small combos that include a bag go popcorn as well as your choice of a small fountain drink to an ICEE.

Lets get into the can’t miss movies.

Jurassic World Rebirth

Jurassic World Rebirth is for all the dinosaur lovers out there! This movies follows Zora Bennette five years after the events of Jurassic World; Dominion which came out in 2022. Bennette and her team go on an adventure to extract DNA from three of the prehistoric creatures for a medical breakthrough. Not only is the movie fun, it has some scary moments as well as great action and suspense. It is also packed with an incredible cast with Scarlett Johansson as Zora Bennette as well as Jonathan Bailey and Mahershala Ali.

Superman (2025)

The Man of Steel is back! This time played by David Corenswet. This is one of the movies I am so excited to see as a comic book fan. Although there is a lot of mixed feeling about another Superman, it is always interesting to see a new take to the character. Not only is Clark Kent going to be on the big screen but he is also joined by his four legged crazy best friend, Krypto. Just as the previous movie, this movie is stacked with an incredible cast. Nicholas Hoult is Superman’s arch-nemesis Lex Luther,. We also get to see Eli Gathegi as Mister Terrific , Anthony Cardigan as Metamorpho, and Nathan Fillion as our Green Lantern. We also have some girl power with Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl and of course Superman wouldn’t be Superman without the feisty Lois Lane who will be played by the amazing Rachel Brosnaham .

Opening July 11th

I Know What You Did Last Summer (2025)

With the revival of a lot of movies, I Know What You Did Last Summer joins the list. This movie follows five fiends who cause an accident and try to cover it up but eventually ,as we all know, secretes catch up with you. When is does, they turn to past survivors of the Southport Massacre of 1997 for help and guidance. A lot of our favorites are returning such as Jennifer Love Hewitt and Freddie Prince Jr. They are now joined by new cast which includes Madelyn Cline , Sarah Pidgeon, Jonah Hauer-King and Lola Tung. If you are a fan of horror, this is one that should be on your must watch list.

This is time the crew returns with a whole new cast which includes Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mister Fantasia , Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Women , Joesph Quinn as Johnny Storm/ Human Torch and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/ The Thing.
